About Me
Blue Bird Design is a company I founded to work on projects that reflect my creativity and ability to understand and work with diverse groups of people. I am a former teacher and lifelong educator who is excited to work in a new field and bring my professional strengths to the design field. Through my work as an educator and volunteer coordinator, I have learned valuable communication skills and have also overseen the completion of many activities and events. UX design work allows me to fulfill a long time interest in design and purposeful organization; further, I enjoy collaborating with others and seeing projects go from user research to the final high fidelity prototype. I am interested in furthering my career as a UX designer and UX researcher because I enjoy working with others and discovering creative solutions for users: solutions that put the user first and meet their needs.
